It's very motivating though...
Someone was trying to make me feel really guilty today for eating a spicy squid bibimbap and a cone of choc mint ice cream. I told this person that I ate fruits for dinner instead of rice and he said:
Him: Fruits are bad, man!
Me: Why?? It's not fattening... compared to rice..?
Him: Some people just don't know it. Fruits has lot of bad sugar in it!
Me: Really....?... but...
Him: For all I know you better eat rice than fruits. Do you like brown rice?
Me: Er... yea..
Him: Opt for it then!

When he wants a perfect shirt and boxer...
Me and a friend were looking for a stripey polo shirt at Ralph Lauren, but eventually we found ourselves at the men's boxer area.
Me: Ooouw! Look at this stripey boxer! *excited to find something so classy - white stripes on shiny black*
Him: Oh.
Me: ...
Him: It's quite good though ...
Me: Alright... it's quite expensive. Don't be surprised with the price.
Him: How much is it?
Me: ... Hundred twenty four dollars
Him: That's alright.
Me: Huh?!
Him: ...but too bad it has pockets on each side.
Me: What's wrong with pockets? You can put stuffs in it. Isn't it good?
Him: Nah... it won't look flat and I don't want any bulge on my pants. I want it flat.
Me: Oh..
Him: Let's go then. I couldn't find what I'm looking for.
And thus, we failed to find a good boxer without pockets...

It just happened that most of the time, families are a dysfunctional group of people brought up together to survive. In some cases they are not dysfunctional, moreover, dyslexic. Sometimes they fail to understand or read each other’s attitude which will lead to fights and more fights - either...

X-Mas 2008
Wew, 2008 has been a very short year or it feels like that anyway. This is gonna be another year where I’m spending my xmas without my family. Xmas always be a wonderful season. Everyone feels really nice to each other and bad things are not supposed to happened - but it happened. This morning I read a very re-assuring verse: You will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful...
